YASKAWA Servo Motor Fault Codes: Causes and Solutions

This fault suggests a potential power supply problem, such as an unstable voltage stabilizer, dust in the air causing a partial short circuit, or loose power cables. Solutions include checking the power cables and connections for any looseness. 3. ALM003 Fault Code
The ALM003 fault code indicates a low voltage or durability test. There are many possible causes, such as poor cable connector contact, a short circuit in the high-voltage line, or damaged cable insulation. If this problem occurs, immediately shut down the motor and check for loose or damaged cable connections. Replace any cables with fewer or no damaged connections.
